Dr. Keyes has been over the top helpful and my family is beyond grateful! My son broke his right femur and needed emergency surgery ASAP. Where most doctors were hesitant (my son was 6 at the time) Dr. Keyes stepped in, discussed a game plan on what was needing to be done and how he was going to do it. He was very knowledgeable and explained in great detail (in terms my six-year-old could even understand) everything that was going on and what to expect. For all follow up appointments, the staff was very helpful with all questions and concerns. If I called and could not get through, I would leave a voicemail and always received a call back same day. While my husband and I were hysterical through the whole ordeal, Dr. Keyes was very calm and collective giving us great assurance in one of our most desperate hours. We are very fortunate and most grateful for both him and his staff. Thank you for everything!
