Patient Reviews
Jun 01, 2023
My hearing degraded to SSD ~10yrs ago. HAs helped stabilizes it but in a recent 24 hr period I experienced total loss of my remaining hearing. I could book Dr Sharp online w/just a few taps for the next business day early morning. I was in/out in an hour spending half that in the usual paperwork. Dr. Sharp's head nurse Stephanie led me to an exam room & is unfazed by a totally deaf patient. She explained what would happen, & took all the info Dr Sharp needed. Dr. Sharp didn't rush anything but in ~30 minutes he understood I'd researched this, explained the physiology & possibly causes. He discussed the testing/treatments & had his highly proficient Audiologist (Amy) run the tests needed. W/those results he laid out a diagnosis/treatment plan and answered all my questions. My prior ENT was expert at CIs but w/Dr. Sharp, regardless of my outcome I feel like I'm getting the best western medicine can offer.
