Dr. Rickert recently performed an adenoidectomy, tonsilectomy and replaced tubes in our daughter's ears and we could not be happier with our experience. We had two lead up appointments where he took all of our questions, explained all the procedures in depth and made our daughter feel comfortable in what can be an uncomfortable setting. He listened to all of our concerns, did all the necessary tests to determine what was needed and quickly got us scheduled for surgery. We never felt rushed or dismissed by Dr Rickert and walked away feeling like we found the right person to handle our complicated scenario.
