Patient Reviews
Dec 13, 2024
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Rickert. He has a well-earned reputation of being thoughtful and not jumping to procedures, so I felt confident in our decision to move forward with my child's adenoid removal and ear tubes at his encouragement, and I'm SO glad we did. Dr. Rickert took all of the time we needed to explain the biology behind it, what the procedure would look like, and the aftercare--and I ask a lot of questions! I went from being very anxious about the concept with the first doctor we consulted, to actually being relieved that it was happening after meeting with Dr. Rickert. The nurses and office staff were also really great. There's a patient care specialist who came by beforehand to ease my kid's concerns and make him feel comfortable and safe. So grateful to Dr. Rickert and his team.
