Found out there was a tumor in my bladder that needed to be removed. My long time urologist had retired and I was a referral. Dr. Lisson was straight forward and respectful during our conversation. Surgery was performed and all went well. The staff at the Cary Wake Med was great as well. Follow up visits will be frequent since the tumor was cancerous but the prognosis is good. Nobody wants to here the cancer word, but I think it is what you make of it regardless how the physician tells you about it. Dr. Lisson was respectful to both my wife and I during my follow up visit.

I embrace and utilize new technologies and therapies, including da Vinci robotic surgery, laparoscopic surgery, ultrasound and laser kidney stone treatment, laser technology for prostate disease and cutting-edge incontinence treatment. I also provide discrete counseling and medical therapy for male sexual dysfunction and male hypogonadism.
