I am 70 years old and have been on disability for mental illness my entire life. Dr. Rastogi was the most caring, understanding and knowledgeable psychiatrist I ever met. To say he was the only one that was a nice guy is the biggest understatement of all time. He was the only one that ever treated me like a human being and tried to help me. The rest of them basically punished and chemically tortured me for being alive. Did I mention he's a sharp dresser too..
