Clearly Dr. Mortimer is an experienced and excellent surgeon. He was familiar with my problem before walking in the room. He listened, explained, asked pertinent questions, took the time needed, and made a plan together with me. It couldn’t have been better. At the same time, he must be popular because I had to wait six weeks to get into him, and remained in pain counting down the days to the appointment. There was an opportunity to choose a NP or PA for a sooner appointment however, I felt I should see the one doing the surgery. More guidance on the website to choose the right provider for a new appointment might be helpful. At the same time, it was worth the wait for Dr Mortimer! Thank you.
