I had a previous Thyroid biopsy with a different doctor that didn't go well. Dr. Kerns was aware of this incident and assured me all would go well with him doing the procedure. All did go well. Dr. Kerns was very aware of my prior situation and had total empathy throughout the procedure. He had a very good ultrasound technician and an additional assistant through the procedure. All three were terrific. I had a lot of anxiety due to the previous procedure. They put that anxiety at ease. They were very compassionate through the whole procedure and took the proper amount of time. Highly recommend Dr. Kerns. Excellent.
