It has been 15 years since Dr. Ruggiero corrected my overbite with sagittal split osteotomy surgery. He has a great bedside manner, and skill as a surgeon. My surgery and recovery went much better than I anticipated. He allayed my fears going into surgery and I am thankfull to have had him guide me through this process. Dr. Ruggiero is truly a rock star in his field.
