Dr. Nayak Young is the best psychiatrist I have ever seen. She is warm, a fantastic listener, so smart, and genuinely wants to see her patients thrive, and will work to help them get there. Before I began working with Dr. Nayak Young, I was afraid of everything, hardly able to keep my job, struggling with addiction, and finding it difficult to take care of myself in a basic way (eating, brushing my teeth, taking medication, showing up to appts etc.). With her guidance, I left a toxic workplace and found a job I love, put myself in treatment for drugs and alcohol and am now sober & able to take care of myself, and am significantly less overwhelmed by life. My life now is vastly and wonderfully different than it was 2 years ago, and I am so grateful for her help with getting me to where I am! Thank you Dr. Nayak Young!!!
