saw Dr Cacares before Covid in her office and during Covid online through telehealth. I have seen more than a few Psychiatrists ( post-partum depression was my starting point) over the last 20 years when needed. Dr. Cacares is the best! She took the time to ask all the right questions and let me talk. She was very adept at evaluating and helping me think through helpful ideas and very knowledgeable about medications. I would highly recommend her. She was also very understanding and kind and I say that because not all Psychiatrists are; some lack warmth and some can be condescending. '
