Dr. Eppanapally is a marvelous Dr. very personable and knowledgable; however, her location on White Lane (Urgent Care) is a MESS. We were called two (2) times reminding us that our appointment was at 2:00pm. We arrived at 1:55pm and at 3:00, after several trips to the counter, we were advised that there were STILL five (5) patients ahead of us. This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE especially when a patient is extremely uncomfortable sitting for an extended period of time. We hope she changes locations.
