Dr. Ross was great and explained all of the issues I had. He was a little pushy but I can see why this is my 3rd appointment and my teeth are really bad. I really like how he asked if I was okay and if my numbing wore off. He really tries to do what's in the best interests for patients and so far I am glad I chose him as my dentist
