When I had to go the ER a few days ago, I was terrified and panicking because of heart rate/blood pressure issues. Dr. Frank was extremely patient and kind with me wanting to know the whole story so we could get to the bottom of the issue instead of just throwing more pills at me (as has happened to me in the past). He never made me feel rushed & sincerely wanted to help me get better...for good. His knowledge, professionalism, and bedside manner need to be cloned in medical field.
