Dr. Durfee ordered an MRI with & without contrast to accurately diagnosis a mass inside my foot. It can be felt, not seen and does not appear on x-Ray. Based on MRI results, initial plan is monitoring for growth. He did not unnecessarily jump to surgery, unlike the Podiatrist who, without MRI diagnoses, recommended immediate surgery, no surgeon specialist refer with 6-8 weeks in a boot. I may need surgery in the future & TBD, but it will be based on an accurate tumor diagnosis & completed by Dr. Durfee, who specializes in diagnosing & treating benign & malignant tumors of the bone, soft tissues & nerves, including spread cancers (I had kidney cancer in 2023). He is professional, has excellent bed side manner, not rushed. I am a fan!
