As a new patient, I was able to get in the next day to be seen for a sick visit. The nurse called me in before my appointment time and took my vitals. Dr. Bains arrived in the room on time and had already read my file and knew what I was there for. He was professional and curious and came up with a treatment plan quickly. I left with a plan and prescriptions called in. He was friendly and professional and efficient. The office was clean and nice. Staff was professional and helpful.
