Dr. Matsuyama received his medical degree from the University of Hawaii School of Medicine in Honolulu, Hawaii and completed his Internship at the University of Colorado in Denver, Colorado. He completed his Residency at the University of California at Los Angeles and his Fellowship at Loma Linda Medical Center in Loma Linda, California. Dr. Matsuyama is Board Certified in both Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. He has been in practice since 1987 and, as a founding member, has been with Capitol G.I. since its inception in 1997. Dr. Matsuyama sees patients in our Roseville office.
