Patient Reviews
Apr 16, 2024
I had rotator cuff repair with Dr. Paik last fall. First, Nirschl is a great office, with a wonderful, friendly team, from Dr. Paik's receptionist to techicians. It was fairly clear from my first MRI that surgery was my only option for the enormous tear I'd sustained in a fall. I found Dr. Paik to be patient, excellent at explaining his recommendation, clear in his articulation of what I should expect, and just an overall kind, empathetic doctor. He's got a great reputation and as far as I can tell 7 months post-op, it's warranted. I think he did great work, and I'm grateful to have been referred to him.

What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
