I recently started seeing Dr. Winfield based on a referral. I am so grateful that I was directed to him. I was looking for a wholistic approach to my mental health and well being. We talked extensively about my background and why I was there. I was so happy to see that our conversations were directed not only at medicinal needs (as most psychiatrists focus on) but that we addressed diet, exercise, talk therapy, spiritual needs, etc. I left his office filled with hope!
