Blending the best of Western & Eastern medical concepts, Dr. Primas utilizes both modalities in preventing and treating illness. Dr. Primas emphasizes promoting health, preventing illness and raises awareness of dis-ease in our lives rather than merely managing symptoms. He is a firm believer in the WHO definition of health; Health is a state of complete physical, mental, social and spiritual well-being and not merely the absence of dis-ease or infirmity. His use of both traditional and complementary/integrative/holistic medicine like acupuncture, qigong, exercise and nutrition focus on the whole patient and his/her relation to their environment and specific individual needs. In addition to using traditional medications to treat a variety of maladies, Dr. Primas supplements treatment with natural medications as well.
