I had left shoulder replacement. Dr. Desai was my anesthesiologist. He administered a nerve block to me. I experienced no pain for 36 hours!! After the nerve block wore off the pain I experienced lasted about 8 hours and hydrocodone medication helped me manage. I highly recommend Dr. Desai. He explained the procedure to me thoroughly. Once I was discharged from hospital he called me at home to check on me! He gave me his cell phone number to contact him. How many doctors do that!!
