Dr. Robert Ball, Infectious Disease Consultant and Epidemiologist, retired from SC DHEC in 2012 and became part-time Adjunct Professor at his alma mater, the Medical University of SC, in the College of Medicine, Division of Infectious Diseases and the new Department of Public Health Sciences. He also became Adjunct Professor in Public Health at his alma mater, the College of Charleston, and in 2017 became a Professor in Residence. He remains active in various Chas. community & church activities
