I am moving away from Boston and have to say goodbye to my rheumatologist. I will always remember his impeccable bedside manner, masterful ability to plan my treatment - several years ahead, and respectfully partnering with me in decisions about my care and my own health. How lucky of me to be one of Dr. Shmerling's patients!
