Dr. Freid is available when I need to see him, which I like when I am sick. When I am sick, I always can get an appointment on the same day that I call. When at the office, I never have to wait; Dr. Freid is ready to see me at my scheduled appointment time. Typically, I only see him twice a year (1 visit for wellness and maybe 1 when sick), but he knows me as if I was a patient that he sees him more regularly, which is comforting.
