He was totally prepared and aware of my medical history when he entered the exam room, he immediately put me at ease. He listened patiently and compassionately to ALL of my concerns. He answered all of my questions and even took the time to explain everything to my son following the conclusion of my exam even though it was the end of the day. I can't say enough to express my gratitude for such an excellent experience considering the stressful nature of my health concerns. Mary C. East Longmeadow, Ma.
