Very efficacious in his approach. Best fix in least amount of time, as opposed to trying 3 or 4 treatment plans that will eventually lead to the best fix with minimum time involvement. Most people I know would appreciate his best fix approach as well.

Dr. Kwon is a strong believe in including patients in medical decision making. Perhaps more than most other specialities in surgery, hand and peripheral nerve surgery often requires a large investment from the patient, the therapist, and the patient's support system for optimal results. There are few certainties in medicine, but a well informed patient who understands their condition and the choices before them is usually most satisfied with their care. Dr. Kwon is a strong believer in nonoperative management where appropriate, and tries very hard to avoid what is often the easier or more expensive option, and instead focus on what best serves the patient.
