I have had the pleasure of working with Dr Garretto on two different occasions for each of my elderly parents. He is amazing. Kind, warm, intelligent, personable, and compassionate. I asked him if he had a specialty with the thought of taking him as my parents’ primary care physician. He does not - he is an ER doctor. This man is truly great though and I’m happy and confident when he has cared for my parents.
