My elderly mom has been in Baylor emergency 3 times this year and last night Dr Glatz took care of her. Others describe that he talks over you, but I found him being efficient. Once he gets an answer, he moves to his next question which I think shows his intelligence and his expertise helping people in emergency situations. He was very kind to my mom. He ordered battery of tests and he followed up with us before mom was admitted to the hospital. My mom and I were very happy with his help.
