I developed cataracts due to aging. I imagined I would be a lucky person who escaped the inevitable complications of getting old. Unfortunately, no one does. Anyone I developed cataracts but my left eye was far worse and made it virtually impossible for me to drive safely at night. Fortunately Dr. Rosenquist was my Kaiser ophthalmologist He eased my concerns about surgery and is obviously highly competent. After surgery, my left eye took about a week to heal nearly completely but my eyesight is now better than when I was 10 years old.
