Dr. Rita Harper started her life practice with my sister Gina Maria Melia and I will always count her as my friend and family. She loved my family live we were related. Wish I was able to talk to her again. Both my parents have died my mother Mary September 2016 and my father September 2017. If Dr. Harper can still reach out my email is anthonymelia36@gmail.com
