Dr. Myhand is the best doctor I've ever experienced and I've had a lot of good doctors. He has good reason to suspect that my lifestyle choices could have caused my condition, but he doesn't lecture me about things that I already know. There are other factors that could cause it, ranging from genetic, cancer, and side effects from other known conditions beyond my control, and he has had me take a lot of tests to make sure those do not exist. During office visits, he takes time explaining everything, including precisely which test results are of concern and their possible causes. Most importantly, he gives me his full attention and listens to what I have to say. After he receives a test result, he calls me at home (this website is remiss for asking about e-mails - Dr. Myhand calls instead). As a result of all of the above, I am more inclined to listen to him too and do what he suggests I do. I very highly recommend him.
