I hurt myself lifting weights. Dr. Smith spent a good deal of time with me diagnosing my condition, answering questions, and proposing a plan of treatment. He listened to my suggestions. He did not have his nose in a laptop to take notes, but instead paid attention to me. He also has a good sense of humor.
