Dr. Bailey is a competent internal medicine doctor. He is my primary physician at the VA and my experience under his care has been exemplary. His attention to detail and professionalism is unmatched at the VA and he reflects great credit upon himself and the Veterans Administration. I am grateful to have him as my doctor.
