Patient Reviews
Jan 12, 2018
In my 4.5 year struggle, with the significant ‘after-effects’ of thoracic surgery and chemotherapy, Dr Trohman stands-out as a beacon of hope, for relief from suffering. He has a ‘True-North’ understanding of the effects of specific and generalized pain that some patients experience as a result of treatment. He can part the fog and see the patient as a person as well as a clinical entity. Trohman, MD is a brilliant, caring human-being that listens and speaks compassionately. I trust him.

About Me

Care Philosophy
  • Patients need time, and they need careful explanations. They need explanations in a language they can understand. They don't need medical terminology. They need to know that there are options. They need to be involved in making choices for themselves, and they need to be reassured that the vast majority of time things come out very well. Patient feedback is always the most important. If you hear a person say that they're living better, enjoying more, doing more things, able to interact with their family more, in some cases able to go back to work, that's real validation for anything you do. And you feel good for them. You feel good that you were able to help them.

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams.
