Dr. Webber is a wonderful Dr. He listens intently and offers solutions. He is practical, empathetic, and humorous. He's aware that not everybody has the financial means to afford medications, or tests. If he can help his patient by ordering generic medication he will. He only orders tests a patient really needs.
