I had my wisdom teeth removed on Friday and had a great experience from start to finish, even the screening process at the front door was smooth. Dr. Strasia and his team: Emily, Karen, Theresa, Jan, and Ashley were all wonderful. Due to the IV sedation, I only remember seeing 2/3 techs prior to being medicated and I only remember seeing Jan afterwards because she was the one that wheeled me out to the car and I asked her what her name was. Due to COVID, I did not have a consult prior to my procedure and I really wish I would have. My type A personality was not prepared for not remembering what happened. Even with a consult I may have still ended up doing the same thing, but I would have felt better. That isn't on Dr. Strasia though, he did amazing and my recovery is going very smooth, taking my minimum instructed pain meds only 3 days out from extraction. Would definitely return for future procedures if needed, I would just know for next time that a consult would be better for me.
