Dr Pietzsch is a great doctor. When she is not overbooked, she takes time to listen to me as the patient and has provided solid care overall. I know she inherited all of her former partner's patients and that has been a strain on her and the speediness of service. It is not uncommon to wait an hour to see her for my scheduled appointment. Her 3rd party billing office is unfortunately not very helpful when it comes to getting documentation to get reimbursed for services. I would recommend Dr Pietzsch overall.
