Dr. Mason is an amazing doctor. He has a calming way about him & has a very funny personality. I felt comfortable from the first moment I met him. He listened to my concerns and educated me on everything he was doing. I knew I was in good hands. A very talented doctor that not only performed surgery on me, he saved my life.

About Me

Care Philosophy

  • My approach to patient care is based on trust and understanding.  I understand that visiting a surgeon can be an intimidating proposition.  I will work hard to create a comfortable, light-hearted, and at times comical environment to be treated and heal.  I think it is important to build that relationship of trust so that I may most completely and effectively treat the needs of the patient.  I have enjoyed living in and being a surgeon in the middle peninsula and northern neck since 2004.
