No complaints. Dr Doody and her assistant, Ashley, are caring and professional. I've been a patient for many years, I have very brief wait times for my appointments and never have felt rushed. Reviewers should understand that Dr D is a physician, a PSYCHIATRIST whose responsibility is to prescribe psychiatric medications with extreme care and deliberation in accordance with each patient's specific needs. She must know how to use each one appropriately and safely, especially in combination with ALL other types of medications, psychiatric or not. She has to take into account a patient's other medical issues at all times. This isn't simple. It requires in-depth knowledge of virtually every available drug (and dosages) including new ones flooding the market. It's a very demanding profession. SO, she isn't a pill-pusher and won't just hand you a prescription, and if you're looking for more "talk" therapy, ask for a recommendation for a PSYCHOLOGIST, and she will happily refer you.
