Dr. Lara described my diagnosis and treatment and stayed long enough for me to ask all my questions. He did not pull punches and that approach was very helpful for me in dealing with the cancer treatment I had ahead of me. The attitude he displayed was reflected by everyone in the UCD Cancer Center.
