When I visited Dr. Preethi Ilangovan for the first time in late 2022, I was a full-fledged diabetic with an A1C of 9.2. She prescribed Mounjaro for my diabetes and told me that it would help me lose weight by suppressing my hunger. As soon as I heard that, I had a plan of action - I suspected that most of my health problems were the result of weight gain, so I decided to do intermittent fasting with Mounjaro's help to lose weight and fix all related health issues. Now,fast-forward 1-1.5 years later, not only have I reversed Type 2 diabetes (A1C<5) and lost more than 40 pounds, but I also have cured many other health problems in the process -heartburn/acid reflux,menstrual cramps,sleep apnea and chronic headaches.What's great about Dr. Ilangovan is that she explains how various medicines work and how diseases progress,she listens to patient's health problems patiently and promptly responds to requests for prior authorizations/refills for prescriptions. I would highly recommend her.
