Patient Reviews
Jan 17, 2023
I am so incredibly grateful to Dr. Philipp Leucht and his amazing Team for saving my broken arm and for their expertise, kindness, and the truly great great care they took of me from the first visit through the very successful surgery, the short (half-day) stay in the NYU Langone Orthopedic Hospital during and after the surgery, and then the fast, painless and very successful recovery process. At the beginning of June 2022, Dr. Leucht reattached my broken arm to my shoulder via a titanium plate. My arm had separated completely from my shoulder as I slipped and fell on the sidewalk. The morning surgery went very well, I was home around noon and went for a walk in the evening. I had very little pain following the surgery (basically took only two Tylenols, just to be on the safe side), and was back in the office a few days later (train, subway, working on a laptop all day... all the nine yards). I regained my full range of motion quickly and was doing my full yoga practice in November.
