Dr. Balikian has done procedures on my elderly mother's knees. He tried cortisone and GelOne, which didn't work very well. Recently he performed the Iovera procedure, which seems to have done the trick. Each time we have been to the office, Dr. Balikian has been very personable and pleasant with my mother.
