Dr. Carter is the absolute BEST Dentist! He is detailed oriented yet succinct; he is thorough yet swift; and extremely scientific yet can be brief. The office is well manicured, the staff professional, and he was quite punctual. If you are in need of any kind of dental care, then I highly recommend he exceptional Dr. Philip Carter in Memphis, TN. Simply put, there is not better Dentist in this area of the United States of America!
