Dr. Haghighat started his career as a molecular geneticist in field of cancer gene therapy. He has been awarded outstanding clinical instructor awards by student physicians. He has been a medical director for America College of Surgeon Comprehensive Cancer Program and a principle or co-principle investigator for multiple phase II and III clinical trials. However, it is the privilege of being allowed to care for patients which drives Dr. Haghighat and which he is most passionate about.
