He takes the time to actually listen to your concerns and involves you in making decisions for a care plan. The Main office line also gives you several choices to choose from when calling in. Appts generally run on time unless there has been an emergency and then the office staff lets you know if they are running behind.You also have a choice of locations to see him at. Other Doctors have told me that I am lucky to have him as my cardiologist.
