I was seen bye Dr. Kassis however I was inpatient for 30 days. I faxed documents for him to sign and send back to the state for TDI. I've been waiting 3 weeks. I can't reach him personally. I've tried several times. With no response. I figure what do I have to lose bye posting. He is a excellent doctor. However I'm frustrated this is taking so long.
