Patient Reviews
Jun 11, 2017
My husband had a large, right frontal lobe Glioblastoma brain tumor. Dr. Fecci was able to surgically remove the whole tumor. We have nothing but the highest respect for him and his team. He's a really nice man, a super talented surgeon, and at the top of his game. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is faced with such a devastating prognosis such a brain cancer. They speak to their patients with enthusiasm, and encouragement, and offer hope for life after diagnosis and treatment :)

About Me

Care Philosophy
  • As an academic neurosurgeon (MD PhD), I continuously strive to combine the latest that surgery and research have to offer patients. Clinically, I focus on the surgical management of brain tumors of all types, including glioma, meningioma, and brain metastases. From a research perspective, as Director of the Brain Tumor Immunotherapy Program at Duke, I head a very talented group focused on bringing to clinical trial the latest immune-based therapies (such as vaccines) for tumors of the brain.
