Dr. Parvinchiha is a special colleague and Doctor because he is one of the few people who has scaled providing exceptional care to older adults. Although he runs a large program, he is always in the weed and seeds and has first hand experience of what challenges seniors have and he fixes it on a scalable level. One of the few leaders out there that has been able to scale without compromising quality. His heart and care not only go out to patients, but I've seen it go out to his staff as well as his colleagues, including myself.
