Answered all questions and is very passionate caring cardiologist with quality standards. His advice and recommendations and offering his opinion on the highest quality meds to take for my condition was greatly appreciated. It's hard to find such a caring and knowledgeable person as Alvarez. I had 6 surgical procedures to my heart in one open heart surgery as Alvarez being my cardioligist. I'm happy to say that 14 months later at age 63 come February that I'm feeling great and very active. Alvarez has went above my expectations. He has helped write up other things of interest to me 14 months later including assisting me in a physical therapy program, helping plan for colonoscopy, appointment with dietitian and more. He has also been open minded to questions after surgery and promptly answers them for me upon my appointments as well as through Mychart.
