My eyes are....not normal. I was born with optic nerve hypoplasia, nystagmus, and bilateral stravismus, and have had far too many eye surgeries over the course of my life I've had opthalmologists since I was a toddler, and Dr. Wynn has been the best in decades. I had the good fortune for Dr. Wynn to be the available on call retina specialist/surgeon on a day when my eyes decided to fall apart. I'd had cataract implants a couple of decades prior as a teenager (so much fun, my eyes) and perhaps due to my eye movement the cataract implants worked their way out of the lens capsules requiring emergency surgery due to one of them threatening my retina. Many surgeries performed by DR. Wynn later and long story short, my vision is back to where it was before all of this. I've come to trust her implicitly both as a surgeon and as an opthalmologist/retina specialist even with my weird eyes. If she can handle my case, I fully believe she can handle anything.
